Payment will need to be received and confirmed by accounting before Instrument can be customized and shipped.
Yes, however, this can’t currently be done via the website. CPECs’ packages are sold as standard kits but if you wish to remove or exchange anything; you can let us know in the order form and we can get a customized quotation over to you.
The CCP is a Customer Care Package which allows you to benefit from the latest software updates on the instrument. We include a Basic one-year CCP with all our equipment.

Orders and Shipping
Our US CPEC Operations are headquartered in Duluth, Georgia servicing all of the United States and Canada. We also have a European CPEC Operations hub located in Barcelona, Spain that we work with to source equipment and assist customers world-wide.
Although all the equipment has been serviced to the highest standards, we still need to give the equipment final outgoing checks and calibration before it leaves our office. This is often between 3-5 business days and tracking will be sent via email once processed.
Shipping costs are not included in the price; shipping cost are based on weight of shipment and delivery location, we use Fed-Ex to ship out of our Warehouse in Duluth Georgia.
Shipping timeframes will depend on volume of the order, delivery location, as well as stock quantity at time of purchase. We can facilitate an average time and price by requesting a shipping quotation on each product page or sending an email to [email protected]
Unfortunately, we don’t sell everywhere. We cannot trade with customers whose instruments will be used in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Syria and Crimea Region of Ukraine. We may have restrictions with other countries due to export regulations or shipping companies’ availability. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
Each Instrument will be shipped with a Blue Certification directly from a Leica Service Center, extending the Manufacturer’s warranty for six months after purchase.
CPEC sends all of its equipment via Fed-Ex from our Warehouse in Duluth, Georgia. If you have a shipping account with Fed-Ex and want us to use it or would prefer a different shipping method, please let us know at [email protected].
Warranty and Certification
Your instrument comes along Leica Geosystems’ Blue Calibration Certificate which ensures that your used surveying equipment meets its product specifications and extends the manufacturer’s warranty for an additional six months from date of purchase.
Yes- all sensors from CPEC come standard with an extended warranty.
Yes- if any issues arise, we will stand behind our product(s) and warranty and defects at any authorized Leica Service Center world-wide!
Most of the instruments available on our website have 6 months warranty, if you have questions or need to confirm warranties; please reach out to us at [email protected].
You can update your equipment’s software for free via Myworld for up to 1 year after the purchase, unit will be shipped out on the most up to date firmware unless specified otherwise from customer.
Service and Maintenance
Yes, you can calibrate your surveying equipment locally. You can find your nearest Leica Geosystems Service Center here.
You don’t have to send your equipment back to us. You can repair your surveying equipment locally. You can find your nearest Leica Geosystems Service Center here.
You can reach us anytime if you have a problem. Send an email to [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you need to repair your instrument, you can do it locally at one of the Leica Geosystems Service Centers.
