No. We will prepare your instrument once we receive your payment or if you provide us with proof of payment.

Yes. However this can’t currently be done via the website. Our packages are sold as standard kits but if you wish to remove or exchange anything, you can let us know in the order form and we can get a new quote over to you.

The CCP is a Customer Care Package which allows you to benefit from the latest software updates on the instrument. We include a Basic CCP with all our equipment.

You can do money transfer to CPEC’s. Your sales rep will inform you once you decide which used surveying equipment are you going to buy.

Orders and Shipping

Our official Leica offices are located in Barcelona,Spain. We can send you any equipment to your country.

Although all the equipment has been serviced to the highest standards, we still need to give the equipment final outgoing checks and calibration before it leaves our office. This is often between 5-7 working days.

Shipping costs are not included in the price. Your sales rep will inform you once the bundle is completely defined.

It will depend on the country of origin and volume of your bundle. We can facilitate an average time and price by requesting a quotation in each product page or sending an email to sales.cpe@leica-geosystems.com.

Unfortunately, we don’t sell everywhere. We cannot trade with customers whose instruments will be used in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Syria and Crimea Region of Ukraine. We may have restrictions with other countries due to export regulations or shipping companies’ availability. Your Sales rep will keep you informed about any restriction that may affect you.

We ship your used surveying equipment with the courier that best suits your parcel needs which is usually UPS courier. If you want to ship your instrument with a different courier, you can address your sales rep and he will arrange it for you.

Warranty and certification

Your instrument comes along Leica Geosystems’ Blue Calibration Certificate which ensures that your used surveying equipment meets its product specifications.

Most of the instruments available on this website have 6 months warranty. Please confirm with your sales rep.

You can update your equipment’s software for free up to 1 year after the purchase.

Maintenance

Yes, you can calibrate your surveying equipment locally. You can find your nearest Leica Geosystems calibration centre here.

You don’t have to send your equipment back to us. You can repair your surveying equipment locally. You can find your nearest Leica Geosystems technical centre here.

You can reach us anytime if you have a problem. Send an email to sales.cpe@leica.geosystems.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you need to repair your instrument you can do it in your country in one of the Leica Geosystems technical centres.
